Clean haired bandit

Police are investigating a burglary and subsequent deception using stolen credit cards.

It is believed a man committed a burglary at a property in Burwood on 22 July, stealing a phone and wallet.

A short time later the man attended a service station in Burwood, making several purchases using a stolen card including tobacco, shampoo, conditioner and dog food.

The man is described as being aged in his 20s, approximately 177cm tall with a slim build and moustache and was wearing a fluorescent and black jumper.

Investigators have released images of a man they believe may be able to assist with their enquiries.
