The August Club Changers of the Month showcase how diversity, equality and inclusion can come to life in many different ways, from multicultural programs and all-abilities football to female leadership and community connection.
Roselands FC (Football NSW)
Roselands FC earned recognition for its outstanding multicultural engagement through a successful Multicultural Program delivered at Bennett Park. The initiative brought together participants from a wide range of cultural backgrounds, using football as a vehicle to build friendships, strengthen community connections and create a sense of belonging. Long known for embracing new initiatives, the club has continued to expand its reach by supporting migrant communities and all-abilities participants, reinforcing its reputation as a welcoming and inclusive community club.
