The Community Coaches Workshop provides the opportunity for sporting coaches from community clubs and schools to gain further knowledge and skills that will assist in building your capacity as a coach and provide exciting player environments that encourage people to stay involved in sport.

The Community Coach plays a critical role in sporting clubs by making a huge impact on the players and their lives both on and off the court. The Community Coaches Conference brings together a wealth of expertise and a variety of guest speakers to share ideas around building team culture, managing relationships with families, strategising and providing feedback at game time and improving skills so you can more effectively coach the next generation of Aussie sporting heroes.
