Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Colin Mifsud.
The 61-year-old is wanted on warrant in relation to making threats to kill.
Mifsud is described as having a fair complexion, approximately 180cm tall, large build and a bald head.
He is known to frequent the Collingwood area.
Investigators have released an image of Mifsud in the hope someone may be able to provide information on his current whereabouts.
