From belly laughs to ballads, tall tales to timeless tunes, The Forge is ready to deliver another month of unforgettable live performances in East Gippsland.
This month's lineup is a feast for the senses, mixing world-class comedy, music from the heart, magical family theatre and a dash of scandalous cabaret. Each show brings its own spark, promising moments that will surprise, delight and stay with you long after the curtain falls.
It all kicks off on Saturday 30 August with a comedy masterclass from the one and only Ross Noble. Cranium of Curiosities is an unpredictable whirlwind of tangents, absurdity and quick-fire riffs from the Wizard of Waffle himself. Almost sold out - blink and you'll miss your chance to dive into Ross's wonderfully strange mind.
Next, direct from Belfast and London's West End, The Shamrock Tenors bring the spirit of Ireland to East Gippsland on Tuesday 2 September. Expect electrifying five-part harmonies, masterful musicianship and a fresh take on classics like Whiskey in the Jar, Wild Rover, The Parting Glass, and Danny Boy.
On Wednesday 3 September, it's the kids' turn when The Gruffalo's Child bounds onto the stage in a magical musical adventure for ages three and up (and their grown-ups). With music, puppetry and laughs, this enchanting sequel to The Gruffalo is perfect family fun.
