The community reception centre established at a hotel in Coogee is operating extended hours this weekend to continue assisting families of those affected by the Bondi Beach terror attack.
The community reception centre at the InterContinental Sydney Coogee Beach, 242 Arden Street, Coogee NSW 2034, will be operating between 8am and 8pm today (Saturday 20 December 2025), and tomorrow (Sunday 21 December 2025).
The centre has been designated as a location for family and witnesses to speak to investigators and support officers during the early stages of the investigations.
Traffic cones have been put in place in lanes around the building to provide designated parking for those people who are attending the centre to provide information and/or seek assistance.
Those affected by the shooting and witnesses of the shooting who have not already provided a statement to police are being urged to attend the centre and speak to support officers and investigators.

Transport for NSW advises anyone with difficulty in attending the centre to contact their representative via the Public Information and Inquiry Centre (details below).
From next Monday (22 December 2025), and up to and including Wednesday (24 December 2025), the centre will be open between 8am to 5pm. The centre will be closed on Christmas Day and Boxing Day.
