Community satisfaction phone surveys 24 January

We are conducting community satisfaction surveys to understand how we can provide better services in Knox. National Field Services will be calling residents on our behalf, from 30 January to mid-March 2023.

National Field Services is an independent market research agency commissioned by Council to undertake these surveys.

A total of 400 interviews will be conducted with a representative sample of Knox residents.

The phone surveys will take approximately 15 minutes.

The survey will assess our performance across a range of measures, including Council's overall performance, customer service, waste management, arts centres & libraries, recreational facilities and local streets and footpaths.

Feedback gathered will help us to identify ways to improve service delivery to residents.

Personal details and responses are confidential, and only the overall results will be shared with Council.
