Survey will commence throughout February and March 2026. Each year, Victorian councils are required by the State government to report community satisfaction indicators under the Local Government Performance Reporting Framework (LGPRF).
Council's Mayor, Cr Stuart King encouraged all residents to take part in the survey and share their feedback to help shape future Council decisions and priorities.
"The survey helps us better understand how residents feel about the services and facilities provided in their municipality and what matters most to our community. Similar to previous years, we hope this year's results will help identify opportunities to further improve our local services," Cr King said.
The survey is conducted independently by market research agency Klein Research, together with their fieldwork partner TKW Research who were retained by the State government.
Council's Director Corporate Services, Stephen Fernando, said "Throughout February and March, some residents may receive a phone call inviting them to participate and share their feedback on Council services and facilities."
"The survey is anonymous and asks about overall Council performance, community consultation and engagement, customer service, and Council direction and priorities."
"Participation is completely voluntary and confidential, with individual responses not identified and results reported only in aggregated form."
"If you are contacted, we encourage you to take part - your feedback helps shape the services and programs that matter most to our community," Mr Fernando added.
