Community Sponsorships Awarded 2025

Our people are what makes our Borough special – which is why it was our pleasure to award our event sponsorships and community grants to organisations within our community at our Community Sponsorship event last night.

Deputy Mayor Monahan was delighted to announce the grants and sponsorships.

Cr Monahan spoke at the event, saying "We recognize the many people here who have dedicated their time, energy, and passion to develop a range of interesting and diverse events and activities. These initiatives not only enrich our community, but also bring people together, create memories, and foster a strong sense of belonging. Whether it's festivals, art shows, flower shows, singing, knitting, or swimming competitions – thanks to everyone in the room here tonight, the Borough has it all!"
