Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing man Andrew.
The 37-year-old left his Berwick address about 3.30pm today.
Police and family hold serious concerns for Michael's welfare as he has a medical condition.
Andrew is described as Caucasian in appearance, approximately 170cm with a solid build. He has short light brown hair and blue eyes.
He was last seen wearing a white and red t-shirt over a tartan-chequered flannelette long sleeve shirt and khaki cargo pants with black pockets.
He is known to use public transport and may have headed to the Casey, Greater Dandenong or Melbourne CBD areas.
Police have released two images of Andrew, one showing what he was last wearing, in the hope someone recognises him and can provide information regarding his current whereabouts.
