Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing man Jack.
The 24-year-old was last seen about 3pm on 3 March, leaving his Narre Warren South home.
Jack is described as 174cm tall with an average build, short black hair and is wearing white pants.
Police and family have concerns for Jack's welfare as his disappearance is out of character.
Police have released an image of Jack in the hope someone recognises him and can provide information on his current whereabouts.
Anyone who sees Jack is urged to contact Narre Warren Police Station on 9705 3111.
