Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing man Erman.
The 40-year-old was last seen in Burwood Road in Hawthorn about 10.15am on Wednesday, 1 June.
Police have concerns for Erman's welfare due to a medical condition that requires treatment.
An image of Erman has been released in the hope someone recognises him and provides information on his current whereabouts.
He is described as Caucasian with a solid build and of an average height.
