Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing man Mark.
The 58-year-old was last seen at his Farnham Street home in Flemington about 4pm on 14 April.
Police and family have concern's for Mark's welfare as he has a medical condition that requires medication.
Mark is Caucasian, about 175cm tall with short grey hair.
He is normally clean shaven and regularly wears a black jacket, green hat and red shoes.
Police have released an image of Mark in the hope someone recognises him and can provide information on his whereabouts.
Anyone who sights Mark is urged to call Flemington Police Station on 9371 6100.
