Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing Sydenham man Ross.
The 34-year-old was last seen at a medical facility on Furlong Road in St Albans about 1.30pm on Sunday 20 February.
Police and family have concerns for Ross' welfare as he has medical conditions and requires care.
Ross has a solid build, black balding hair and has facial hair.
He was last seen wearing a grey jacket and dark tracksuit pants.
Police have released an image of Ross and urge anyone with information on his whereabouts to contact Keilor Downs Police Station on (03) 9365 3333.
