Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing man Thanh.
The 32-year-old was last seen at Wallace Crescent in Strathmore about 11am on Monday, 2 May.
Police and family have concerns for Thanh's welfare as he has medical conditions and significant vision impairment, particularly at night.
Thanh is Asian, about 175cm tall with a medium build, a shaved head and scruffy facial hair.
He may be wearing a hooded jumper and black jeans.
Thanh is known to frequent the Moonee Ponds and Broadmeadows areas, particularly at shopping centres.
Police have released images of Thanh and urge anyone with information on his whereabouts to contact Moonee Ponds Police Station on 9373 5200.
