Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing teenager Jordan.
The 16-year-old was last seen in Mill Park on Wednesday 2 June about 2.15pm.
While Jordan has been missing phone contact has been made with her however not since 25 June.
Police are concerned for Jordan's welfare due to her age the length of time she has been missing.
An image of Jordan has been released in the hope someone may recognise her and provide information on her whereabouts.
Jordan is described as Caucasian and has long dark brown hair.
She was last seen wearing blue jeans, a black jumper and Nike shoes.
It is believed Jordan frequents the areas of Werribee, Hoppers Crossing, Altona Meadows, Fawkner, Coburb and Wangaratta.
