Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing woman Jade.
The 19-year-old was last seen near Ringwood Train Station in Ringwood's CBD about 2pm yesterday.
Police and family have concerns for her welfare as she has a medical condition that requires urgent treatment.
Jade is described as being tall with blonde/brown hair and was last seen wearing a black Nike top, black leggings, black Adidas shoes and carrying a black Nike backpack.
Images of Jade have been released in the hope someone recognises her and can provide information on her current whereabouts.
Anyone who sights Jade is urged to call Ringwood Police Station on 9871 3000.
