Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing woman Anna.
The 81-year-old was last seen at her home in Prahran at midday today.
Police are concerned for Anna's welfare due to her age and as she has dementia.
It is believed Anna may head towards Coburg or the city on the number 58 or 72 tram.
An image of Anna has been released in the hope someone may recognise her and provide information on her whereabouts.
Anna is described as about 155cm tall and has a solid build; she has short auburn coloured hair.
She was last seen wearing purple top (as pictured) and a purple and white floral dress.
Anne speaks limited English, but is fluent in Greek.
