Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing woman Heather.
The 57-year-old was last seen in Benalla on Sunday 26 September.
Police and family are concerned for her welfare due to a medical condition.
An image of Heather has been released in the hope someone may recognise her and provide information on her whereabouts.
She is Caucasian, approximately 155cm tall, with a fair complexion, brown eyes and brown hair.
Heather may be travelling in a white Mitsubishi Outlander with NSW registration DDA70W.
She is known to frequent the Benalla and Wodonga areas.
Anyone who sights Heather or has any information is urged to contact Benalla Police Station on 5760 0200.
