It has never been easier for members of the Northern Territory Concessions Scheme (NTCS) and Northern Territory Seniors Recognition Scheme (NTSRS) to undertake their annual renewals thanks to a new online portal launching today.
The launch of the easy-to-use portal coincides with the opening of the annual membership renewal process for 2021.
The new digital process is fast and secure, and will replace the former paper-based form and declaration. Members can use the online portal to renew their membership by visitingwww.ntconcessions.nt.gov.au/renew
Members must renew between 1 January and 30 June each year to continue receiving concessions and payments.
Existing members are made aware of the annual renewal process via notifications and reminders by email or letter, with SMS reminders sent between January and June.
