You are all aware of the very difficult situation Ukrainian communities face. Your urgent technical assistance could help protect Ukrainian civilians from devastating consequences of the Russian Federation's attacks, in these times of severe energy crisis.
Together with the Permanent Representation of Ukraine to the Council of Europe (see their call attached to this email) and in partnership with the Ukrainian associations of local and regional authorities, I am issuing this call for mobilisation to support our Ukrainian peers.
Should you be able to help, we invite you to reach out directly to the following Ukrainian associations which will explain the specific needs and ways of helping for example through provision of energy generators, cogeneration plants, energy storage systems, other energy equipment, spare parts or temporary heating solutions:
