Self-service options
In the meantime, we have many self-service options to help you check your workplace entitlements or resolve an issue at work. This includes:
- using our Pay and Conditions Tool that calculates pay, leave and notice and redundancy entitlements
- our Find my award tool or our List of awards page for you to access your award and then check what entitlements apply
- step-by-step guides to resolve issues at work in our Workplace problems section
- our Library with more specialised workplace information, including under awards and the Fair Work Act.
