Three men will face court later this month after an overnight brawl at a licensed premises in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs, NSW Police say.
About 10.20pm today, police from Eastern Beaches LAC were called to a licensed premises on Byron Street, Coogee in relation to a report of a brawl.
When they attended, police attempted to move people on from the area, it will be alleged three men – aged 19, 21, and 25 – were uncooperative towards police.
Police were required to use OC spray during the incident.
The three men were taken to Maroubra Police Station
The 19-year-old man was charged with assault police (x 2), malicious damage, resist arrest, offensive language and excluded person fail to quit licensed Premises when required.
The 25-year-old was charged with assault police, resist arrest and offensive language.
The 21-year-old was charged with affray, resist arrest and offensive language.
All three received conditional bail to appear before Waverley Local Court on the 29th March,
