Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Corey Blazevicious.
A warrant has been issued for the arrest of the 18-year-old in relation to theft matters.
Blazevicious is described as 175cm tall with a silm build and brown hair.
He is known to frequent Ballarat.
Police have released an image of Blazevicious in the hope someone may have information on his current whereabouts.
