Council has adopted the Community DisasterResiliencePlan and Year 1 Action Plan. The plans are set to be reviewed in June next year.

The Community Disaster Resilience Plan is informed by feedback from our community, who were consulted in April and Mayas well as September this year.

The Plan is a whole-of-community approach to strengthening resilience and preparedness for any disaster or emergency. It outlines a shared commitment to support individuals, families, communities and businesses to better prepare for, respond to and recover from disasters.
