Council Calls for Vesper Drive Feedback

The City of Casey is inviting the community to share their views on the future of Council-owned land located at 12-14 Vesper Drive in Narre Warren.

Council has carefully reviewed the site's potential and considered a range of ways it could benefit the community. The land sits within an established industrial precinct and is zoned Industrial 3, which means it is not suitable for alternative community uses.

Based on this assessment Council considers selling the land to be the most suitable option and is now seeking feedback from the community before making a final decision.

City of Casey Mayor Cr Stefan Koomen said, "I encourage all community members, especially those who reside or work in Narre Warren, to review the proposal and share their thoughts."

The Vesper Drive site is well positioned for future investment and development beside Bunjil Place and Westfield Fountain Gate Shopping Centre in the Narre Warren Fountain Gate Major Activity Centre.
