REPORTS OF THE GENERAL MANAGER
Councillors resolved to:
- adopt the 2024-2025 Reserves (Internally Restricted) annual report which has internally cash reserves of $21.041m ($14.026m LY) as of 30 June 2025, (2) internal reserves used to fund grant funds owed as of 30 June 2025 be reimbursed when funding is received, and (3) readopt the Reserves Policy 1.5.10 with no amendments.
MAYORAL MINUTE (S)
Councillors resolved to:
- approved the Mayor to travel on delegation with SCU to China in January 2026 at no cost to Council

Councillors resolved to:
- prepare, in consultation with Rous County Council, a formal position on the NSW DCCEEW Far North Coast Regional Water Strategy and submit it to DCCEEW for consideration under the current consultation.
