Northern Grampians Shire Council has sold eight hectares of land in Sloane Street, Stawell, adjoining the Sherridon Homes estate, to award-winning property developer E2E Growth Consultants.

The family-owned business, led by directors Ashu and Raj Goel, has built more than 60 homes across the Ararat region in the past five years.

Projects include social and affordable housing, unit development, and house and land packages.

Northern Grampians Shire mayor Karen Hyslop said she could not wait to see what E2E Growth Consultants was able to deliver in Stawell following settlement in November.

E2E Growth Consultants won the Business of the Year and Innovation and Change accolades at the 2025 East Grampians Business Awards.

"This land is recognised as a key residential growth area and has significant potential in addressing the ongoing housing challenges within the community," Cr Hyslop said.

"Housing remains a priority for the council given the very strong economy in Stawell and many growing businesses. This land is zoned residential, well-serviced and strategically located in Stawell's main growth corridor."
