Council phone survey underway

We're checking the pulse of the community with a phone and online survey kicking off today.

The survey is being conducted by Taverner Research Group who is gathering feedback on community satisfaction with Council services.

Shoalhaven Mayor Amanda Findley said over the coming week Taverner will be calling a random sample of more than 400 residents in the Shoalhaven, with the online survey open to everyone in the community.

"Community feedback is critical to finding out what we're doing well, where we can improve and what our priorities should be in the near future," said Cr Findley.

"So much has happened since our last survey in 2020 so we're really keen to hear what you have to say about Council services, facilities and how we engage with you," she said.

The survey will be conducted between Monday 13 – Monday 20 February with the online survey open to everyone. Completing the survey online will take around 15 minutes.
