KERBSIDE WASTE COLLECTION SERVICES
There are no changes to kerbside waste and recycling collection services during the Christmas and New Year period. All collections will occur on the usual scheduled week-days.
RESOURCE RECOVERY CENTRES AND ALEXANDRA LANDFILL
All Resource Recovery Centres (RRC) are closed on Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year's Day. In addition to these closures, all RRCs are closed on days of Total Fire Ban.
The Alexandra Landfill will be closed to the public, including account holders, on Boxing Day, the Christmas Day public holiday (Tuesday 27 December 2022) and the New Year's Day public holiday (Monday 2 January 2023).
