Over the holiday season, there will be changes to some of our services including our operating hours. Read on to learn about changes to customer service, waste management and library operations.
Changes to kerbside collections
As usual, our kerbside waste collections will be modified in the week commencing 25 December .
- There will be no kerbside waste collections on Christmas Day (25 December).
- Collections will resume on Boxing Day, 26 December and will run through to Saturday 30 December.
All waste collections will be pushed forward by one day. For example, if you normally receive a waste collection on a Thursday, you'll receive it on a Friday.
Resource Recovery Centre operating hours
Our Resource Recovery Centre will be closed on public holidays, including Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day. On other days, opening hours are as normal:
- Monday to Friday from 7.30 am to 3.30 pm
- Saturday and Sunday from 9 am to 1 pm
