In a move to promote environmental sustainability and reduce unnecessary paper waste, Council is encouraging residents to sign up for electronic delivery of their property rates and water notices.

Residents can now opt to receive their rates and/or water notices via email, eliminating the need for printed versions. By making the switch to digital notices, the community can support Council's efforts to cut down on paper use and improve overall efficiency.

"Choosing eRates is a simple yet effective way for residents to contribute to a more sustainable future," said Council's Acting Chief Executive Officer Marina Hollands.

"It also provides added convenience—no more waiting for the post or misplacing your notice."

To register, residents can visit the Council website and search "rates" in the search bar or click on the following link: https://www.goulburn.nsw.gov.au/Council/Rates-Information-and-Payment-Options

Once registered, residents will no longer receive a printed notice—email will be the only method of delivery.

Council thanks the community for supporting this environmentally conscious initiative.
