The Brisbane Planning and Environment Court has set 31 January and 1 February 2024 as the hearing dates for the Department of Environment, Science and Innovation's (DESI) application for an urgent interim restraint order against NuGrow Ipswich Pty Ltd.
The matter has been set down for a two-day hearing where DESI is seeking orders to limit certain aspects of NuGrow's operations, including receiving certain highly odorous wastes with the aim of bringing relief to the local community.
