CPSU
On 17 December 2021, the CPSU notified the Fair Work Commission of a change to chapter B of its rules which apply to the PSU Group.
There are two parts to this rule change:
- To address discrepancies in member to representative ratios across by entitling each Section with more than 1000 members to one additional Governing Council representative;
- To allow Governing council the flexibility to approve a change in work location for salaried officers during a term of office.
