Cr Paul Murray wants to hear from you

The Strathbogie Shire Councillor will be at The Daily Dose in Avenel every Friday from 1pm to 3pm and he is inviting the public to join him.

"As a new Councillor I'm really keen to hear from the community," Cr Murray said.

"I am here to represent the community, so I need to hear your views to make sure I can do this."

Cr Murray, who was elected to Council in the October 2020 election, said it was his passion for our community that convinced him to put up his hand.

"I now want to represent them to the best of my ability," he said.

Cr Murray was a teacher at Euroa Secondary College for 35 years.

He lists youth as one of his key areas of interest and has been an active member of the Euroa Men's Shed, the Euroa Hockey Club, croquet club and historical society.

"I strongly believe that by working with the community we will ensure Council makes better decisions," Cr Murray said.

"I urge you to drop down, share a cuppa and have a chat."
