Police are investigating a two-car crash at Crafers this morning.
About 4.30am today Wednesday 4 February, Police and emergency services responded to reports of a crash involving a Hyundai hatch and a Toyota sedan on the up track of the South Eastern Freeway.
Police were quickly on scene with no reports of any serious injuries.
It is believed a car was travelling on the wrong side of the freeway at the time of the collision.
The freeway was closed for several hours while the scene was cleared but has since reopened with traffic restrictions still in place.
Local police will be investigating the incident.
