Crash at Flagstaff Hill, South Australia

A car collided with scaffolding, injuring a roadworker at Flagstaff Hill this morning.

Emergency services rushed to the scene of the crash at 7.30am on Thursday 20 January on Flagstaff Road, Flagstaff Hill.

Fortunately, the road worker does not appear to have sustained life threatening injuries.

The two occupants of the car were both shaken by the crash. All three injured people will be taken to hospital.

Police are investigating the circumstances that led to the crash.

Anyone who witnessed the crash or has dashcam vision that may assist the investigation is asked to provide their details via Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.

Flagstaff Road is closed in both directions between South Road and Black Road and motorists are asked to take an alternate route.
