Cricket Australia Statement

Marcus Harris was found guilty of a Level 1 Cricket Australia Code of Conduct breach during Victoria's Marsh One-Day Cup match against Tasmania at the WACA Ground on Monday, 23 September 2019.

Harris was fined 25% of his match fee after hitting his off stump with his bat as he departed the wicket after being bowled by James Faulkner.

Upon review of the evidence, match referee Robert Parry considered the CA Code of Conduct and determined that Harris had committed a Level 1 offence for abuse of ground equipment during a match.
