Morwell Divisional Response Unit (DRU) officers located a sophisticated crop house at a property in Yarragon today.
DRU members executed a search warrant at a rural property on Princes Highway about 3pm.
The search located approximately 320 cannabis plants, along with equipment alleged to be used in their cultivation.
It is estimated that the value of the plants and equipment is up to $500,000.
Investigations are continuing regarding the seizures.
This result follows a similar seizure in Traralgon on 18 August.
