Making Council more accessible to our community is at the heart of our Customer Service pop-ups at towns and villages across the Hawkesbury.
Council recognises that standard business hours aren't always convenient for all residents, and that while many transactions and needs can be managed via our call centre, Windsor service centre and online self-service on our Council website, face-to-face conversations are still an important part of our connection with the community.
These pop-ups place a special focus on outlying communities and local events, with a variety of weekday and weekend pop-up times to maximise accessibility.
These pop-ups are a great opportunity to ask questions about our services or exhibitions, report an issue or log a request in the convenience of your own community, outside of usual business hours and standard channels.
