Cyclist dies after being hit by train at North Adelaide last month, South Australia

A cyclist has died after being hit by a train at North Adelaide.

About 5pm, Thursday 23 June, police and emergency services were called to the North Adelaide Railway Station on War Memorial Drive after a cyclist crossing the tracks had been hit by a train.

He suffered serious injuries and has been taken to the Royal Adelaide Hospital and sadly, the 64-year-old from West Lakes Shore, passed away on Sunday 24 July.

Police are preparing a report for the State Coroner.
