Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate 46-year-old Dale Swift. Norton.
A warrant has been issued for Swift's arrest for breaching a court order.
Investigators have released an image of Swift in the hope someone may have information on his current whereabouts.
He is described as 180cm tall, thin build, brown hair and a leopard tattoo across his upper arms and various neck tattoos.
Swift is known to frequent the Bendigo or Kerang areas.
