Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Daniel Ord.
The 23-year-old is wanted on warrant for assault related offences.
Ord is known to frequent the Werribee and Footscray areas.
Investigators have released an image of Ord in the hope someone may have information on his current whereabouts.
He is described as approximately 179cm tall, with a thin build, brown eyes and brown hair.
