Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Darcy Thorpe.
The 29-year-old is wanted on warrants for drug and dishonesty offences.
Thorpe is described as Caucasian, 180cm tall with brown dreadlock hair and hazel eyes.
He is known to frequent the Wellington and East Gippsland areas.
Investigators have released an image of Thorpe in the hope that someone may have information on his current whereabouts.
