Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate David Grech.
The 49-year-old has two outstanding warrants for contravening court orders and a warrant to arrest for driving offences.
Grech is described as being 167cm tall with a thin build and is known to frequent the Melton, Bacchus Marsh, Kurunjang and Bonbeach areas.
Investigators have released an image of Grech in the hope someone may have information on his current whereabouts.
