Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate David McNicol.
The 38-year-old has two outstanding warrants for failing to appear at court for dishonesty related matters.
McNicol is described as 170cm tall, with a medium build, brown hair and blue eyes.
He is known to frequent the St Kilda and Melbourne CBD areas.
Investigators have released an image of McNicol in the hope someone may have information on his current whereabouts.
