Death investigation, Camp Hill

Detectives are investigating the deaths of four people following a vehicle fire at Camp Hill this morning.

Just before 8.30am, police were alerted to the vehicle on fire on Raven Street.

Three children, aged six, four and three were located deceased inside the vehicle.

A 31-year-old woman who was also in the vehicle suffered significant burns and was transported to the Royal Brisbane and Women's Hospital in a critical condition.

A 42-year-old man was declared deceased at the scene after responding emergency crews attempted to revive him.

Preliminary investigations indicate the woman was driving the car and the man was in the front passenger seat prior to the incident.

A man who assisted in rescuing the woman from the vehicle sustained burns and was transported to the Royal Brisbane and Women's Hospital for treatment.

A crime scene has been declared at Raven Street as investigations continue.
