Police are investigating following a theft from a licenced premises in South Yarra last month, Victoria Police say.
It’s believed a man attended the staff room at the venue and stole a number of items including bags, cash and credit cards about 7pm on 24 October.
The credit cards have subsequently been used in a number of transactions throughout South Yarra, Southbank, Abbotsford, Clifton Hill and Northcote to purchase cigarettes and alcohol.
Investigators have released an image of a man they believe may be able to assist with their enquiries.
The man is perceived to be of Caucasian appearance and aged between 25 and 30 with brown hair and a beard.
Anyone who recognises the man or with any information is urged to contact Crime Stoppers.
