Police are appealing for public assistance after a suspicious vehicle fire in Maroubra.
About 2am today tomorrow, police and fire fighters were called to the driveway of a home on Astoria Circuit, Maroubra, after reports of a Suzuki Swift alight.
The vehicle was extinguished, and police from Eastern Beaches Local Area Command commenced inquiries, NSW Police say.
A male described as wearing a dark hooded top was seen in the area at the time, and police are asking for anyone with further information to contact Maroubra Police Station or Crime Stopers.
