Detectives are appealing for public assistance to help locate Thomas Binns.
The 21-year-old is wanted on warrants for assault, criminal damage and traffic matters.
Binns is believed to be frequenting the south-east, north-west and inner-city suburbs of metropolitan Melbourne.
He is described as Caucasian in appearance, approximately 204cm tall, with a solid build, brown hair and brown eyes.
Investigators have released an image of Binns in the hope that someone may be able to provide information on his current whereabouts.
